1. Definitions

• "Kinaree" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the residential care home operating at 47/1 Phetkasem Road, Nong Khaem, Bangkok 10160, Thailand
• "User" / "you" / "your" — any person accessing or using this website
• "Services" — the residential care programs and consultation services offered by Kinaree
• "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any specific service agreement entered into separately
• "Content" — all text, images, and other material published on this website

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing the website on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person or organisation to these terms. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

3. Service Description

Kinaree offers three services: Palliative Comfort Care (residential, ฿38,000/month), Couples Residential Program (residential, ฿52,000/month), and Family Transition Consultation (3–5 sessions, ฿7,500 per series). Services are available to eligible individuals and families in Bangkok and surrounding areas, subject to assessment and capacity. Geographic restrictions may apply in some circumstances.

Permitted Use

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit enquiries, and access published information about residential care.

Prohibited Activities

• Reproducing or distributing website content without permission
• Attempting to interfere with the website's technical operation
• Submitting false or misleading information through any form
• Using the website in any way that violates applicable Thai law

5. Contact Form and Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not constitute a binding agreement for services. It represents an expression of interest and will be responded to by our team. A service agreement, if entered into, will be documented separately and signed by both parties.

6. Service-Specific Terms

Residential Programs (Palliative Comfort and Couples)

• Admission is subject to assessment of care needs and available capacity
• Monthly fees are due in advance on a date agreed in the service agreement
• Notice of termination by either party shall be given in writing with at least 30 days' notice, except in circumstances requiring immediate action for resident safety
• Care plans are reviewed at regular intervals and may be adjusted as needs change
• Kinaree reserves the right to refer a resident to a hospital or specialist facility if their needs exceed what can be safely provided in a residential care setting

Family Transition Consultation

• The service consists of 3–5 sessions at a total fee of ฿7,500 for the series
• Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the advisor and the family
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session
• The consultation does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Fees and Payment

Pricing stated on this website is in Thai Baht (฿) and reflects the rates current at the time of publication. Kinaree reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice to existing service users. Payment methods accepted are bank transfer and cash; further details are provided in the service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and images — is the property of Kinaree or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

Information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Kinaree makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current but does not warrant its completeness or accuracy for any specific purpose. The website is provided on an "as available" basis.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through direct communication in the first instance. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Thailand with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These terms, together with any specific service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the website and services
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it subsequently
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement without Kinaree's written consent

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent update was made. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to communicate them. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
